Or, the false belief that there is competition that somehow takes something away from you.
Lashing out against other methods for stealing work, stealing clients, and making you feel like maybe you’re not good enough.
When you’re constantly looking around to police people stealing your work or encroaching on your clients, you’re operating out of scarcity.
Scarcity is fear-based.
And operating out of fear and scarcity is exhausting and demanding, taking away from the important work you have been called to do.
Instead, let’s operate out of abundance.
Recognizing that the way you teach and serve is not the best fit for everyone and that’s okay. There is room at the table for everyone. There are so many people in this world and opportunity for all of us to serve and meet the needs of those seeking answers and help in their journey.
Allow others to sit at the table and celebrate their work! Allow yourself to recognize the good work you are doing and practice gratitude for the ability to have colleagues in this shared space, too.
All of our work matters and points to a deeper mission, a larger purpose that goes beyond ourselves. This is so good!
