You're Here Because...

You want to change women’s health care, change lives, change the world.

But maybe you’re at a point of trying to keep giving while operating in survival mode.

Maybe you’re even on the edge of burnout, but know deep down that it’s not supposed to be this way.

Maybe you’re struggling to get the clients you want but feel overwhelmed with what strategies to use.

Maybe you feel alone and a bit lost running a practice or online business without a guide or support.

If any of those resonate with you, you’re in the right place.

I help restorative reproductive women’s health professionals just like you to thrive by intentionally designing business and life to maximize profitability and contribution (yes, I believe these go hand in hand.)

I believe that we have an opportunity that has never been as powerful as right now to change the world.

But it begins with you. You can’t help others to thrive when you’re not thriving yourself.

Who am I?

Hi, I’m Anna.

I suffered 4 years of infertility before I ever knew that a methodology existed for using charting data to diagnose and treat reproductive health issues.

And I bet you can guess what was going through my head…?

"WHY OH FREAKING WHY is this not mainstream health care??!!"

Sound familiar?

I was sitting in prayer one day in early December, 2013 and that quiet, tentative voice began to say, “I can do that. I can be a part of making that happen.”

Less than a month later I was on a flight to Texas for 8 days of intensive training as a Creighton Model FertilityCare Practitioner.

I taught a wide variety of clients for 4 years. During that time, I also learned (rather painfully) that there was not much (if any) support out there on the business side of being an FABM instructor.

Since I had 10+ years of experience of supporting IT systems and designing and implementing business processes for multi-million dollar commercial real estate transactions, I actually enjoyed and had a knack for the business side.

In the cracks of time between teaching and coaching clients, I designed client management software and wrote a business ebook specifically for FABM instructors.

When I found myself with a 2 year old and a newborn (conceived naturally after 3 years of NaProTECHNOLOGY support,) I was itching to make a bigger impact than my limited mama time would allow.

I took a leap. I stopped seeing clients and opened the Fertility Pro Business Academy, to help support FABM instructors as professionals.

I believe that making this a real profession is a vital part of changing women’s health care.

I believe that there is a beautiful and powerful intersection where becoming who we are created to be and creating business value allows us to make a unique, unrepeatable contribution to our families, communities, and the world.

Mission & Values

My mission is to change women’s health care in my lifetime.

I am currently focused on doing this by helping restorative reproductive health care professionals to thrive through intentionally designing business and life to maximize profitability and contribution.

Core Values

Integrity

This is just about a given, everyone says integrity, right? But often we think of integrity by only it’s first definition: “adherence to moral and ethical principles; soundness of moral character.” And for that reason, it’s easy to look at oneself and say, “Yeah, I’m a good person. I don’t do bad things. Therefore, I have integrity.”

But let’s look at the second definition: “The state of being whole, entire, or undiminished.” Ahhh. There’s more to this. Do you feel whole? Are your thoughts, feelings, actions, and tiny daily behaviors whole and aligned with those moral and ethical principles and the person you were created to be?

Integrity is a lifetime journey and I’m committed to its pursuit.

Resilience

“The power or ability to return to the original form, position, etc., after being bent, compressed, or stretched; elasticity.”
-Dictionary.com

I believe that this is one of the most useful valuable skills. Because this is how we learn. Without resiliency, we can’t learn, without learning, we can’t grow, without growing, we can’t thrive.

To me, resiliency is about doing, failing fast, learning, and doing again.

Connection

I define connection as the energy that exists between people when they feel seen, heard, and valued; when they can give and receive without judgment; and when they derive sustenance and strength from the relationship.
-Brene Brown

Connection is the most valuable skill for changing an industry and changing the world. Regardless of difference of opinion, method, practice, style, location, color, value, religion, ethics, there’s always a connection that can be made, and we can learn and grow from there.

Contribution

Everything that we think, say, and do ought to be ordered toward contribution.

Personal development, practicing resilience and integrity, fostering connection and relationships, growing a business...none of these is an end in itself.

When who you are and what you do touches people's lives daily, when you can give out of abundance of time, energy, talent, and wealth, you can make a greater contribution than you can even imagine.

And the more you have, the more you can give.
